Abstract

TCDD half-life in seven adult female rhesus monkeys was 391 + 88 (S.E.) days. During four months of nursing, three mothers shed 22% of triglycerides and 21% of TCDD. Offspring accumulated in fat about 4.3 times the TCDD/fat of their mothers. A dose-effect estimate of reproductive toxicity is presented.
