N2 - A report of profound diarrhea, weight loss, and malnutrition secondary to celiac disease that manifested after pancreaticoduodenectomy (Whipple surgery). The patient had no prior diarrhea or other symptoms of celiac disease and the diagnosis was unsuspected for months. A review of this underappreciated presentation of celiac disease is provided.
