Abstract

We demonstrate an optofluidic microsensor that overcomes conventional evanescent field limitations by detecting acoustics from particles undergoing photoacoustic process. This label-free, real-time sensing approach extends sensing efficiency, enabling molecular and cellular analysis in native environments.
