Abstract
Emulsification is employed in conjunction with supercooling of aqueous solutions to impose the NMR slow-exchange regime upon labile inorganic complexes. This allows direct observation of the NMR resonances for the various complexes in solution. 113Cd NMR results are presented for the Cd(II)/glycine system.
