Bio-inspired Polarization Imaging Sensor for Label-Free Applications

Abstract

I will present our latest efforts on developing a bio-inspired polarization sensor by integrating metallic nanowires with low noise CCD imaging sensors. These sensors are used for in-vivo label-free neural recordings from the locust antenna lobe.
