N2 - Symptoms of airway compression secondary to double aortic arch are relieved by division of one of the two aortic arches. However, in some cases inherent tracheomalacia and other factors may result in persistence of symptoms. We report one such occurrence in our experience and describe the use of aortopexy as a curative procedure to tackle this problem.
