Abstract
A patient is described who exhibited radiographic and cisternographic changes of normal pressure hydrocephalus and marked histologic changes of Alzheimer’s disease with unusual glial projections. It is suggested that the alterations in cerebrospinal fluid flow occurred as a consequence of the Alzheimer’s disease.
