Abstract
As aortic endograft technology has evolved over the last two decades, several endovascular techniques have been proposed for the treatment of juxtarenal, suprarenal and thoraco-abdominal aneurysms. The purpose of this article is to review these modalities, including abdominal aortic debranching, fenestrated and branched endografts and encroachment techniques. The history, technical aspects and published outcomes of these techniques are described.
