Abstract
A middle-aged woman presents with altered mental status in the setting of narcotic use and possible seizure. Head CT shows a hemorrhagic right parieto-occipital and an infratentorial lesion causing fourth ventricular compression. Neurosurgery is consulted for diagnosis and management.
