Abstract

Dysregulated signals from the external environment and/or the internal milieu of the skin can lead to pathological conditions such as psoriasis. Di Meglio etal. (2014) show that the environment-responsive transcription factor AhR acts in keratinocytes to suppress psoriatic lesions.
