Abstract

Two previously healthy white males, one homosexual, one bisexual developed acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) with Kaposi's sarcoma. This syndrome has not previously been reported in Ireland. In view of the hight mortality, physicians here should be aware of the possible risk factors and necessary precautions.
