Abstract

A simple inexpensive modification to permit x‐ray beam angulation of a cineradio‐graphic system consisting of a ceiling‐suspended image intensifier and an under‐the‐table x‐ray tube is described. This has permitted the incorporation of the half‐axial projection into the routine evaluation of the proximal left anterior descending artery (LAD) with a minimum of patient discomfort.
