Abstract

A light emitting diode for use as a fixation device is light, portable, reliable, inexpensive and easy to construct. It is useful in photography, gonioscopy, contact lens examination of the ocular fundus, laser applications. It has been an invaluable aid in fluorescein angiography of the anterior segment.
