N2 - The accuracy of 3D CDS for quantification of tumor vascularity and flow in implanted murine tumors was assessed before, during, and after treatment with a variety of biologic-, chemo, and radiation-therapies. 3D CDS correlated well with vascularity estimation on histology. Responding tumors showed a marked decrease in tumor flow.
