Research interests
My primary research interest is to determine the unique mechanisms for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) when it develops in patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Other areas of interest include improving the quality of care provided to patients with NAFLD in the general population and further determining what the most appropriate/cost-effective care pathways should be.

Fatty liver diseases, chronic viral hepatitis, immune-mediated liver diseases, primary (genetic) metabolic liver diseases, cirrhosis of the liver; upper endoscopy, colonoscopy
