Research interests
My lab is currently focused on elucidating the structures and functions of microtubule associated proteins and microtubule-based macromolecular assemblies such as the cilia. We use high-resolution cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) as our main structural technique, in combination with other genetic and biochemical approaches.
