My primary area of interest is in reduction of peripartum maternal and neonatal morbidity. Specifically, I am interested in intrapartum fetal heart tracings and optimizing intrauterine resuscitation. I recently completed a pilot randomized controlled trial investigating the effect of maternal oxygen supplementation on umbilical artery lactate.
