    Personal profile

    Research interests

My primary area of interest is in reduction of peripartum maternal and neonatal morbidity. Specifically, I am interested in intrapartum fetal heart tracings and optimizing intrauterine resuscitation. I recently completed a pilot randomized controlled trial investigating the effect of maternal oxygen supplementation on umbilical artery lactate.

    Clinical interests

Maternal medical conditions in pregnancy, including, but not limited to, congenital heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension; fetal conditions in pregnancy, including alloimmunization, genetic conditions, or anomalies; high risk labor and delivery, including vaginal birth after cesarean, operative vaginal deliveries, and cesarean sections
