    Research interests

    I have been greatly interested in studying mechanism(s) of insulin resistance, one great risk factor for the development of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. Specifically, I am conducting translational research and investigating the function of NAD and clock genes (master regulators of circadian rhythm) in adipose tissue in both humans and rodents.
