    Research interests

I take a multi-modal neuroimaging approach to better understanding the pathological progression of Alzheimer Disease. I have a particular focus on Down Syndrome.

    Mentoring

I regularly co-mentor students with Dr. Beau Ances. Students complete supervised but independent research projects. Successful undergraduate students typically go from research novice to a published first author manuscript in about 18 months with consistent sustained effort throughout both the academic year (part time) and summer (full time).
