    Dr. Jorge Llibre Guerra, a behavioral neurologist with a deep commitment to global health and dementia prevention, serves as the associate director for the Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer's Network (DIAN). He is actively involved in expanding clinical trials and observational studies for individuals with familial Alzheimer's disease (AD). His research primarily investigates gene-by-environment pathways in neurodegeneration, aiming to identify targets for improved disease management. Dr. Llibre has made significant strides in estimating the burden of neurodegenerative diseases among Hispanic populations. Additionally, he holds the position of associate medical director of the DIAN trial unit, where he provides safety oversight to DIAN-TU’s portfolio of clinical trials.
