Research interests
My research interests span over many areas with a focus on development and application of sophisticated statistical methods to medical research. I am particularly interested in feature selection/discovery, classification methods and Bayesian models. My current projects investigate patient diagnosis and prognosis analysis using microarray gene expression and proteomics data.
