Research interests
My research focuses on the design, synthesis and validation of radioisotope- or dual reporter- (radioisotope and fluorescent) conjugated ligands for in vivo targeted imaging of receptors, enzymes and transporters; and for radionuclide-based treatment in animal setting. After preclinical validation, the most promising agents are translated into clinical trials for further evaluation in patients.
