    Research interests

    research primarily focuses on the regenerative medicine approaches to treat osteoarthritis, a painful and debilitating disease of the joints. His laboratory has used a multidisciplinary approach to investigate the role of biomechanical factors in the onset and progression of osteoarthritis, as a basis for the development of new pharmacologic and stem-cell therapies.
