Research interests

Dr. Dubberke’s research focuses on the prevention, risk factors, and outcomes of Clostridium difficile-associated disease in the general hospitalized patient population as well as stem cell transplant recipients. He is also active in developing and evaluating infection prevention and treatment protocols in stem cell and solid organ transplant recipients.
