Research interests

My primary research interests are the development of methods to detect and monitor small clonal populations in cancer, including minimal residual disease monitoring. My clinical interests are the diagnosis and pathogenesis of myelodysplastic syndrome and other myeloid malignancies as well as the incorporation of sequencing based diagnostics in to routine clinical practice.
