Research interests

The centralized goal in my research group involves the discovery of new small molecules that can be used to interrogate biological pathways associated with human diseases. We use a combination of structure-based design, in silico modeling, and AI-driven technologies to identify hits for further downstream optimization related to potency, selectivity, and ADME/DMPK properties. Therapeutic areas we are currently involved with include malignancies associated with ion channel biology, oncology, and infectious diseases.
