    Personal profile

I am interested in mentoring residents or fellows pursuing a career as a clinician educator. Specifically for residents, I am also interested in mentoring those who are interested in careers in academic general internal medicine.

    Education activities and interests

As the program director of the Internal Medicine residency program, I am interested in innovative educational approaches in graduate medical education. My specific interests lie in remediation and coaching. I also serve as the Director of Teacher Development for the Academy of Educators which allows me to support faculty development efforts in education across the health professions.
