Research activity per year
I am interested in the pathophysiology and treatment of neurologic infectious diseases, with a particular emphasis on HIV/AIDS associated neurologic diseases. At present I am active in clinical trials involving HIV, HIV associated cognitive disorder, HIV associated peripheral neuropathy and pain, HIV-2, and progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy.
HIV neurological disorders, peripheral neuropathy, HIV related dementia, progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy, PML, neurologic infection, multiple sclerosis.
