Research interests

My research interest, broadly speaking, is comparative-effectiveness research. I analyze existing data sets to answer clinical questions in the field of cardiovascular disease using a variety of methods including meta-analysis, logistic regression analysis, survival analysis and Cox proportional hazards analysis. Although my past work has been hypothesis driven, I am planning analyses of large data sets (Big Data) to determine unrecognized associations without an a priori hypothesis.
