Dr. Goldfarb's primary research interests include reconstruction for congenital deformities, pediatric fractures and traumatic injuries, sports injuries of the upper extremity, and nerve compression syndromes of the upper extremity.

Surgery of the hand, wrist, and elbow, particularly sports related injuries for athletes of all ages and levels; pediatric orthopedics, congenital hand conditions, work-related injuries, nerve conditions and traumatic reconstruction
